After-sales promise

我们承诺一般情况在接到用户传真确认后,24小时内（上海、江苏、浙江、安徽）或者48小时内（前述省市以外的区域）进行响应， 48小时内到客户现场进行服务。

※产品质保期一年，终身负责维修，以合理的价格，快速地为客户服务，完成系统修复。※公司拥有足够的备件库存，为客户提供完善的售后支持系统。

we are generally committed to response within 24 hours after receiving a confirmed fax from the user (Shanghai, jiangsu, zhejiang) and  the area outside the provinces  and cities within 48 hours to respond, and we will arrive at customers’ workshop to service.

The warranty period of the product is one year, lifelong responsible for repairs, at reasonable prices, fast service for our customers, to complete the system repair. We have enough spare parts inventory, to provide customers with perfect after-sales support system.
